If you’re anything like me, you probably have some turkey leftover from Thanksgiving. With a house full of boys, I need to be prepared and cook a lot. So, I always end up with leftovers. Here are 10 ways to use that leftover turkey!
Turkey Pot Pie
Who doesn’t love a pot pie? This recipe can use up the turkey as well as some of those veggies.
Turkey Tot Casserole
Did you have enough mashed potatoes? Why not try some crispy tater tots on this casserole.
Shepherd’s Pie with Turkey

Turkey & Cranberry Sauce Sliders
Who doesn’t love sliders for a party or an easy dinner? I mean if you have any cranberry sauce left.
Turkey White Chili
I love Chicken Chili which is very similar and those green chilis give just the right amount of heat.
If you want a more simple recipe or just only have a small amount of turkey leftover, then try a few of these:
Turkey Cheese Sandwich:Add bacon, fried egg, or ranch for extra yumminess.
Turkey Cheese Quesadilla: (see above add ons)
Salad: Top with some turkey for your protein.
Breakfast: Fry two eggs on one side of your skillet and reheat the turkey on the other side. You can make a scramble, omelet, or simply turkey with over medium eggs topped with some hollandaise sauce.
Freeze: You can always freeze it to use later especially in soups or chili.
