Turkey Cheese Sandwich:Add bacon, fried egg, or ranch for extra yumminess.

Salad: Top with some turkey for your protein.
Breakfast: Fry two eggs on one side of your skillet and reheat the turkey on the other side. You can make a scramble, omelet, or simply turkey with over medium eggs topped with some hollandaise sauce.
Freeze: You can always freeze it to use later especially in soups or chili.
