At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, there is the Dollywood Theme Park, Dollywood Splash Country Water Park, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, and Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Cabins. In addition, there are cousin companies and dinner shows all there in the Smoky Mountains. I’m so thankful that Dollywood hosted Mom Collectives from across the region, so we can share an inside look at all the parks and resorts have to offer!
The winter wonderland outside has me daydreaming about last weekend’s snowy Smoky Mountains getaway to Dollywood with City Mom Collective. I had the amazing privilege of representing Louisville Mom Collective again this year, along with Danielle Breitenstein representing Cincinnati Mom Collective, and Lisa Carlin representing Dayton Mom Collective. It was so wonderful getting to bond with moms from our Sister Sites and experience the homey atmosphere and southern charm of Dollywood‘s DreamMore Resort & Spa. We were welcomed to the resort in style with a Four-Course Welcome Dessert, prepared for us by their new pastry chef, Cindy.

Last year, we got to tour Dollywood (the park was closed, and we were able to see construction and maintenance being done!), but this year we were able to experience excursions as a group at many of Dollywood‘s sister properties – an entertaining dinner at Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud, a delicious breakfast at Frizzle Chicken Farmhouse Cafe, a beautiful lunch and tour at the Titanic Museum Attraction, and a scenic drive through the Smokies with Pink Jeep Tours to see Dollywood‘s Smoky Mountain Cabins and a thrilling off-roading adventure that had us all screaming! We were able to take a tour of the Spa, which was closed last year due to COVID, and I cannot wait to come back to the DreamMore so I can book another spa day! We also enjoyed a hearty buffet dinner at the resort’s restaurant, Song and Hearth on our last night and breakfast from the DM Pantry on our last morning before heading home.
My boys were able to enjoy the DW Club Activities (Kids’ Activities designed for the whole family to enjoy together!). They loved the s’mores by the fire and Bedtime Stories in the barn with my mom, and we all enjoyed the hot apple cider!
We are so excited to come back in the early Summer for The Flower and Food Festival to celebrate Jude’s birthday (but shhh, don’t tell him yet; it’s a surprise!). We can’t wait to utilize Gold Season Passes and the free PK Pass that Dollywood offers for Jude!
