Food insecurity is becoming more widespread, but a recent discovery I made, has made me more hopeful that residents in the Louisville area might be able to have access to more healthy options: the Zero Hunger Mobile Market and Dare to Care Food Banks. The Zero Hunger Mobile Market is sponsored by Kroger and Dare to Care Food Bank. There is a single-aisle that houses fresh fruits, vegetables, and pantry staple items.
